Room 7, A-12 building
The Water, Wtewater and Waste Laboratory provides equipment and station base for the implementation of scientific and research works and conducting didactic classes in the field of water purification, treatment and renewal technologies, municipal and industrial wastewater treatment as well as sewage sludge treatment and municipal waste disposal. The didactic profile of the laboratory is correlated with the subject of lectures, projects and laboratory exercises.
The laboratory is equipped with the following test benches:
- Sequencing Batch Reactor GUNT CE 704
- Biogas Plant GUNT CE 642e methane fermentation station
- Biocargo - stand for measuring the rate of respiration and toxicity of wastewater
- Filter with mass dofilter for water deacidification
- Filter with bed developed for catalytic oxidation of iron and manganese
- Stand for determining the length of the filtration cycle
- Flocculator Kemira 2000
- Ammoniacal nitrogen removal station by stripping
- Stand for demineralization of water on cation and anion
