The scope of the research concerns the morphological composition and properties of mixed municipal waste and selectively collected fractions, the recovery and recycling of materials from municipal waste and the technology for biological processing of biosolids separated from municipal waste in mechanical sorting processes and selectively collected biowaste in both aerobic and anaerobic processes (methane fermentation).
